We specialize in the design and manufacture of “Offset” Style Wood Fired BBQ Smokers. Our bbq smokers are exceptional at smoking a juicy, tender cut of meat. We often achieve a ¼” and more thick “smoke line” on our Briskets (see Photos Below).
Our BBQ Smokers are mostly made from recycled cylinders such as propane tanks and stainless steel maple sugaring barrels. We can fabricate trailers for them and have them be towable on public roadways or be towable for off road use. We build everything in house and manufacture it all by hand. We use the latest design software to create your custom smoker.
The unique style of the “offset” smoker creates a very thick, rich white smoke. The cylindrical shape of these meat smokers causes a vortex smoke process which easily maintains low temperatures and the most even and consistent smoke absorption.
